Creamy, crunchy and elegant / Kremasta, hrustljava in elegantna

Story of Master’s student – you have to study like crazy and you don’t feel like it. And than you always find something better to do. And than you study for a few hours and you have to eat something sweet. This is my feeling on the end of every semester.

Because I haven’t found decent chocolate or cookies at home I decided to make a cake. It was perfect day for creamy, crunchy and elegant hazelnut mousse cake with crunchy hazelnut streusel middle layer.

Still deciding which piece looks better, one with caramelized hazenuts or one with golden caramel nest?


 

Izpitno obdobje, šest izpitov v prihajajočih dneh, volje za učenje pa od nikjer. Med učenjem pa seveda človek postane lačen.

Ker doma nisem našla spodobnih piškotov ali čokolade sem si naredila kremasto, hrustljavo in elegantno lešnikovo torto.
Ne vem ali lepše izgleda kos s karameliziranimi lešniki ali kos s karamelnimi nitkami?
